Job Purpose Responsible and accountable for the performance of overall cold storage operations Overall P&L management for the business unit Drive regional growth portfolio of the company’s cold storage business   Duties and Responsibilities Build & implement a strategy to drive profitable growth & increase market share Drive sales & generate revenue through business development & account management Source & handle key accounts for the overall cold storage business of the company and refer to counter parts for possible entry in Luzon facilities Leadership – inspire & motivate a high performing team covering sales, marketing & operations Build relationships with key stakeholders in the market across multiple verticals Analyze and monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement Develop and implement strategies that will maximize operational efficiency Oversee employee work on a daily basis to ensure adherence to organizational standards and guidelines Train, supervise and meet regularly with managed employees to provide critical feedback and encouragement Liaise with senior-level officers to coordinate and report on ongoing issues Create and deliver reports to senior-level officers and maintain effective meeting notes Identify organizational or employee-related issues and create effective solutions Be updated on the best practices and latest trends and technology to enhance warehouse operations   Qualifications With at least 10 years work experience With a college degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Leasing or any similar or related field A resident of Makati or nearby areas Willing to travel to different property sites (North and South Luzon, and VisMin) With quality leadership experience and proven track record in operations and client management
