Role Overview
Job Purpose
- Responsible and accountable for the performance of overall cold storage operations
 - Overall P&L management for the business unit
 - Drive regional growth portfolio of the company’s cold storage business
 
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build & implement a strategy to drive profitable growth & increase market share
 - Drive sales & generate revenue through business development & account management
 - Source & handle key accounts for the overall cold storage business of the company and refer to counter parts for possible entry in Luzon facilities
 - Leadership – inspire & motivate a high performing team covering sales, marketing & operations
 - Build relationships with key stakeholders in the market across multiple verticals
 - Analyze and monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement
 - Develop and implement strategies that will maximize operational efficiency
 - Oversee employee work on a daily basis to ensure adherence to organizational standards and guidelines
 - Train, supervise and meet regularly with managed employees to provide critical feedback and encouragement
 - Liaise with senior-level officers to coordinate and report on ongoing issues
 - Create and deliver reports to senior-level officers and maintain effective meeting notes
 - Identify organizational or employee-related issues and create effective solutions
 - Be updated on the best practices and latest trends and technology to enhance warehouse operations
 
Qualifications
- With at least 10 years work experience
 - With a college degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Leasing or any similar or related field
 - A resident of Makati or nearby areas
 - Willing to travel to different property sites (North and South Luzon, and VisMin)
 - With quality leadership experience and proven track record in operations and client management
