Role Overview

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The position has responsibilities in systems analysis, design, development and delivery. 
  • The position involves driving application development projects through the application lifecycle specially in the areas of business requirements gathering, solutioning, development, implementation and continuous improvement

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively participate in Business Requirements gathering activities
  • Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
  • Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements
  • Assess change-proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals
  • Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change
  • Work with the development team to ensure that they understand the specifications
  • Support the IT Project Management on deliverables based on work plan
  • Conduct and conduct UAT Orientation for Tester 
  • Implement and maintain warehouse management systems 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. Warehouse Operations, Finance) to ensure systems are optimized and meet the needs of the business. 
  • Analyze and interpret data to increase system functionality and efficiency.
  • Train End-Users on the use of warehouse management system
  • Bridge the gap between the back-end of WMS and Warehouse operations and Financial Reporting

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2 years of experience on Systems Analyst/ Business Analyst roles
  • Exposure on development and implementation of complex applications with system integration
  • Experience in conducting Testing (Unit Testing, Functional Testing, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing)
  • Knowledge on cloud-based platforms and APIs/Integration
  • Data & detail oriented
  • Knowledgeable in Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
  • A resident of Sta. Rosa or Binan, or nearby areas. Candidates willing to relocate are also encouraged to apply.
