Sales & Marketing Associate (Artico)

Role Overview

JOB PURPOSE 

  • Responsible and accountable for the occupancy of Artico 
  • Drive high portfolio occupancy across all facilities nation-wide in terms of pallet utilization

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Assist the team in sourcing & handling key accounts for all facilities nationwide
  • Be part of a high performing team covering sales & marketing 
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the market across multiple verticals; 
  • Analyze and monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement related to Sales & Marketing of Artico; 
  • Create and deliver reports to management and maintain effective meeting notes; 
  • Responsible in assisting in over-all leasing process – from preparation of presentation and offer sheet to prospective clients & documentation activities until handover to the Operations group; full occupancy target and maximized profitability;
  • Research prospective accounts, locators and lessees in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to successful agreements; 
  • Assist in the collection of outstanding account or receivables from clients; and
  • Responsible for the start to end of the leasing process:
    • Presentation to prospective clients 
    • Market the facilities to be able to fill-in any available room/s or pallet position and maximize the capacity of the two facilities
    • Preparation of the offer sheets (rates subject to approval & in coordination with the Operations Manager)
    • Preparation of the contract of lease and / or renewal contract
    • Liaise with the other departments / team to address issues and/or concerns of the customers
    • Collect post-dated checks from clients for the leased area
    • Assist in collection of accounts receivable of the customers

 

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in major department projects and take an active role in cross-functional teams to assist in driving quality improvements, processes, and initiatives
  • Actively participates and communicates in the team-based work groups that make up the Commercial Leasing Group.
  • Other functions that may be necessary to the overall function.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A graduate of Business Administration in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field
  • With at least 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing
  • A background in cold storage warehouse operations or leasing is preferred
  • Willing to travel to different property sites across the country
  • Can work with minimal supervision
