Technical Supervisor (Artico)

Role Overview

Level: Senior Associate / Associate Manager 

Office Location: Biñan/Sta. Rosa, Laguna; Will go around/visit Artico properties within Luzon and Vismin) 

JOB PURPOSE 

  • To ensure smooth operations of technical facilities and implement technical procedures and processes. 
  • Supervise and monitor the technical requirements of the facilities from installation, repair, and maintenance of all equipment.
  •  Implement cost-saving initiatives for the company. 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee the maintenance and repairs of Artico facilities and equipment
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedule to prevent equipment downtime
  • Ensure all technical operations comply with the industry standards and regulations and company procedures.
  • Manage and train technical teams of Artico properties and provide guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement technical standard procedures across all Artico properties.
  • Conduct regular inspections and safety audit of facilities to identify areas for improvement and provide corrective actions.
  • Work closely with other departments and facilitate communication with technical team to resolve technical issues on time. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Licensed Mechanical Engineer
  • With at least 3-5 years work experience in property management
  • Familiarity in warehouse logistics or cold chain logistics operations is a plus
  • A resident near the property or in the vicinity
  • Willing to work weekends and public holidays, and be on-call
