She is the President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of Ayala Land, Inc. since October 1, 2023.
She is a member of the Management Committee of ALI since August 2008. She was an Executive Vice President of ALI from January 1, 2023, to September 30, 2023, and was a Senior Vice President from January 1, 2015, until December 31, 2022. Prior to becoming President, she was the Head of the Residential Business Group of ALI in 2022 and Head of the Malls Group in 2023. Before that, she also headed the Ayala Land Estates Group. She started her career in IBM, Bain and Benpres Holdings. She obtained an AB in Economics degree from Ateneo de Manila University, a Master of Science in Economics from London School of Economics and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
